Completely Confident Coaching is a 12 week programme designed to help you start your journey to become an intuitive eater. With weekly lessons, calls and a supportive community it is the best place for those who want to ditch diet culture for good and finally feel confident.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions held over three months exploring either intuitive eating or optimising your every day needs in a 1:1 setting. This is best for those who need more structured and individual support.
At Understanding Living we understand that it's best to get advice from someone who is qualified. That is why we have teamed up with Be. Soulful Coaching, a weight inclusive personal coaching programme to support those in taking back movement.
